Is there a way to create a button in the toolbar that changes the view to

My reminder does not work.  I have tried outlook.exe /resetfolders
/cleanreminders and still they do not work.  What else can I try?  I am not

Once I set up a recurring meeting (i.e. the 4th Monday of every month), I'd
like to print the dates out for my file.  When I do a SEARCH in the calendar
for the meeting, it just shows me the first date with the "recurring" sympbol.
