How can I synchronise my Outlook calender between PC and laptop

How do I open Outlook Calendar to default display of weeks & months rather than
one day at a time?

I am using Vista & Office 2007.  My time is set for Central time on both my
computer and outlook, but my reminders post/display at 2300 hrs instead of
2400 hours.
Looking for a fix for this irritant.

My single day appointments automatically increased from one day appointments
to two day appointments.

I have had no problem with the calendar before, but I am trying to delete a
repeating agenda item from my calendar and an error keeps coming up:  Errors
have been detected in the file c:\Documents & Settings\User\local
Setting\Applicatio\ Data\Microsoft/Outlook\Outlook.pst.  Quit ...

I have birthdays in my calendar 2003 when I synch them to my phone the alarm
goes off at 12.30am is there a workaround??

I am now using Outlook 2007.  It does not seem to have the former weekly
calendar where, for lack of a more descriptive term, the days of the
week are horizontal rectangles.  Is there a way to have Outlook 2007 do
this?  Is there any add-on that might?  Thanks.  PPM

outlook 2007 has become stuck on Sept 17 2007  and I can't seem to find a way
to get it to move to present date.  I thought it would be automatic but when
I press "today" it goes straight to Sept 17 2007
When I click on "calendar" it goes to Sept 17 2007 and gives me the info on

Is it possible to link 2 seperate calendars together so that when I update my
personal calendar, it also update a calendar in an organizational mailbox?

I can't post a new appointment, or change a current one! It's like my
