I send out invitations to a meeting and get back "accepted" responses.  
However the email says "this meeting is not in the calendar;it may have been
moved or deleted".  Therefore my calendar does not update although the
meeting is still there.  Thanks for any help.

Whenever a reminder pops up for a calendar item, it crashes Outlook 2007.  
(It also crashes IE if I'm using Outlook Web Access.)  I'm using Vista and
have all the updates installed.  I've run scanost and scanpst until all
errors were corrected.  Problem persists.  Suggestions?

I have multiple Data Files (.PST) for storing all the email and attachments I
receive on a daily basis.  They are all listed in the "Mail Folders" by name.
I have noticed that once the PST file size exceeds 1GB, Outlook runs slow.  
So, I break that up by creating new PST files.  ...

Although the meetings occur monthly the date pattern is totally random.  Is
there away to schdule these meetings w/o doing them individually?

Windows Office 2003.  I have been tracking payment due dates by using the "$"
sign along with a name/event and have designated it an "all day event"
category.  When I want to print al list of all "$" events/appointments, I use
the "look for" $" in the "search in" Calendar and ...

I have been all over and can't find how to change the margins in Print
Preview from centimeters to inches.  I would really appreciate the help.

When changing time on an event in calendar, outlook 07 I get and error
message " could not complete the operation. Parameter valuues are not valid.  
How can this be resolved, please advice?

I am unable to populate any holidays on my 2008 outlook calendar. I have
these for 2007 and prior. I need to view these now for scheduling purposes.

Is there a way to have all my events show in the monthly view?  As it is
right now only all day events show here.
It would make business scheduling so much easier if I can scan a month and
it gives me a list of appointments in one day so I don't have to scroll

Everytime I send a meeting request via Outlook calendar to someone, it adds
info about clicking on a link to get a map and driving directions in Live
Search Maps.  I don't want this added, but can't figure out how to turn it

I have a personal calendar and I want to be able to enter an entry
e.g. holiday and that it would automatically populate  2 other shared
calendars so I don't have to duplicate my effort and enter it manually
3 times.

Am using Outlook 2007. Every time I open my Outlook Program, I get a reminder
for an appoint due immediately which is not in my calender.
I can't delete the appointment or "snooze".
