When I create a new calendar appointment, and try to add an attendee, he always comes up as showing busy, even though his actuak calendar is empty. Is there a way to tell Outlook not to show him as being busy, so he can be added to meeting requests?

All appointments default to recurring and there doesn't seem to be any place to change the default. Any suggestions? Chuck

We use outlook 2003/exchange 2003 We use Autoaccept for the 3 meeting rooms in our company. in the calendar of outlook ( thru shared calendar), I can clearly see at what moment the meeting rooms are occupied, Autoaccept works fine

when I send a meeting request to my colleague (Outlook2003, Exchange2003) and I set the label to "business", in my calendar it is coloured to "business" blue, but in his calendar it is "none" white. Is there a way that he can get the label setting?

I have outlook 2003 When I do accept a appoinment, the appoinment go to my calender, but some appoinments do not come in the calander, and a can't find him anywhere! Any help appreciated

My shared calendars will disappear. Sometimes it is after closing and opening again and then other times, I will be in it during the a.m. (calendar will be there) and then look in the afternoon and the calendar is gone. Does anyone else have this problem and/or know what to do ...

I have a client that would like to update all of their employees' Outlook calendars with the firm's holiday schedule. However, they don't want to enable calendar sharing that would allow anyone to create appointments on user calendars.

I tried to transfer my calendar data from an old computer to a new one. Only my recurring entries transferred. I tried it through import/export, and then through file/open/data files and neither one worked.
