When I create a new calendar appointment, and try to add an attendee, he
always comes up as showing busy, even though his actuak calendar is empty.
Is there a way to tell Outlook not to show him as being busy, so he can be
added to meeting requests?

We use Autoaccept for the 3 meeting rooms in our company.
in the calendar of outlook ( thru shared calendar), I can clearly see at

When I do accept a appoinment, the appoinment go to my calender,  but some
appoinments do not come in the calander, and a can't find him anywhere!

My shared calendars will disappear.  Sometimes it is after closing and
opening again and then other times, I will be in it during the a.m. (calendar
will be there) and then look in the afternoon and the calendar is gone.  Does
anyone else have this problem and/or know what to do ...

Is there a way to setup a bi-weekly reoccurring meeting in Outlook 2003?
Setting up two separate monthly meetings is not the answer I am looking for.

I have a client that would like to update all of their employees' Outlook

However, they don't want to enable calendar sharing that would allow anyone

my recurring entries transferred.  I tried it through import/export, and then

I am in a dispute about a meeting that I say never happened and someone else
says did.  It is now entered on this other person's calendar as though it
were scheduled for May 3, 2007.  Is there a way to see when this meeting was
