My user is having intermittent problems with Outlook calendar. The problem
starts when they try to book meeting rooms in the calendar. Sometimes on the
far left side; when they click to view a meeting room to make a booking it

I make a lot of use of recurring appts/meetings in Outlook, and enter
text notes specific to each occurence of the meeting the body of the
appt after the meeting, occurs.

I would like to be reminded when a dead-line is due 90 Days from today?  Is
there a way to set this task in Outlook, without having to count 90 Days?

Is it possible to copy an email into a calendar entry such as a reminder,
appt, or meeting?  I was able to do this in Lotus Notes but cannot find a
command in Outlook 2007 that allows me to do the same.

Is there a way to easily set up irregularly repeating meetings (e.g.,
December 12, December 18, January 13, January 29) in Outlook, rather than
having to re-create each one separately?

When on the 7 week view in outlook I use to have the day of the week, month
and date show now only Month and date.  How do I get this view back?

I used to get appointments to pop up on my screen to remind me of an upcoming
event. All of a sudden this does not happen.  When I try to set a reminder it
only indicates a music tune. WHy did this change? How do I get it to send a
message to my computer screen.

Has anybody run into the problem where you invite people using the Outlook
2003 calendar and when they receive the invitation, it is one hour earlier
than the time you have in your own calendar? I cannot fathom why this is
happening. Help!

I have Exchange 2000/Outlook 2000 on my Windows network.   User A is sending
a meeting request to The Boss.  The Boss is configured to automatically
accept all meeting requests, which works fine in sending a response to User
A.  However, User B, who is a delegate of The Boss, ...

In the calendar view in Outlook 2007, I want the tasks to always be displayed
on their due dates.  For example, if I complete an assignment due in the
future today, I don't want the task to be moved to today.  I'd rather have it
mark as complete on the actual date that it's due.

Is there a way to perform a "global" erase of all objects from my calendar?

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 Professional edition, the holiday calender is
just shown on to year 2007 and end.  I try to add 2008 but it doesn't work, i
try to search outlook.hol to rename as outlook.old but after search it just
find outlook.hol_1033, and it also can't to rename, ...

How can I change my calendar events end dates en masse?  My holidays all end
on 2001 now.  Or do I need to change each one individually?  Thanks for any

For some insane reason one of my clients is exhibiting a problem I
can't really trace. It concerns meeting requests being sent to this
user. The user is using an IMAP folder, in conjunction with Outlook
2002/XP

I'm trying to share my calendar but although others can view it they can't
edit my calendar.  How can I allow edits?
