I'm getting annoyed with the default of 18 hour reminders for all day
events.  I have a WM5 phone which syncs with my calendar and I often get
it playing/buzzing the reminder for an all-day event at 6am (18 hours
before it starts).

I have access to my boss's Calendar but his and his PA and I all make changes
to it.  Sometimes I have to be able to prove that I didn't (or did!) make a
particular change, and I can't.  Is there a way to track who has made a
particular entry in the Calendar?

I would like to create a list of other people's calendar's I frequently
access in Outlook 2000. I do not want to go through my address book each time
since it is very large, but the list of last visited folders only retains 10
items. Creating groups for different departments, etc ...
