How do I change the default setting from 10 to 8 days in Outlooks Appointment
Recurrence box?

Every time I make a change to an appointment, it makes that appointment
recurring. How do I stop that?

How can I change the order of appointments to view by label color? I want the
white labels to always be first, the red second and the green third?

We are experianing an issue where we can not see some peoples Free/Busy info
past January 1, 2008.  Once we run the /cleanfreebusy switch on thier mailbox
it resolves the issue.  But, due to the number of mailboxes we have that
would be a pain to run that on even a third of the ...

I try to print my monthly calendar in Outlook 2007, and select Start and End
date in the Print window, but it is ignored. It keeps printing six weeks,
which makes the days so small that appt's get dropped off if I want to print
on one sheet.

Hi! I can import Excel data into Outlook calendar fine EXCEPT that I cannot
get any data into the existing "label" field in Outlook.
When I import I do NOT see a Label field in Outlook to map to even though it
is already in Outlook (and not a custom field)

I have a users who receives a NDR for a mailbox that doesn' exist any more.  
This mailbox was a delegate to these users but it is no longer listed in
their delegate options.  Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5 is what we have.

[menu bar> tools > options > Preferences: Calendar Options]
I suggest to add a dropdown menu that Allows the users to choose the
Calender they want to adjust.

I have two computers, home and work.  In Outlook 2003 I could set up a
meeting from either location and invite myself.  When I arrived at the other
location I could accept the meeting and it would appear in my Calendar.
