Every time I make a change to an appointment, it makes that appointment recurring. How do I stop that?

I try to print my monthly calendar in Outlook 2007, and select Start and End date in the Print window, but it is ignored. It keeps printing six weeks, which makes the days so small that appt's get dropped off if I want to print on one sheet.

Hi! I can import Excel data into Outlook calendar fine EXCEPT that I cannot get any data into the existing "label" field in Outlook. When I import I do NOT see a Label field in Outlook to map to even though it is already in Outlook (and not a custom field)

In the calendat options (outlook2007) [menu bar> tools > options > Preferences: Calendar Options] I suggest to add a dropdown menu that Allows the users to choose the Calender they want to adjust.
