I am using Outlook 2003 and have got a problem with my calendar. I have approx 12 years appointments / meetings /diary notes and I note that recently has archived all but the last 6 months or so of my appointments. How can I 'unarchive it'?

I am leaving my current job. I use Outlook Calendar 2003. My outlook calendar has a lot of personal appointments and events on it. Is there a way to delete my personal outlook calendar or all of the appointments?

Is there any way to stop the drag and drop option for appointments in Calendar? We have just began to use this in our office and already have instances of people accidentally clicking on an appointment and moving it to a different time.

The name of the appointment is longer than the width of the box of the day that holds the appointment. How can I wrap the text so that the entire name of the appointment appears in the day (or other time period) that holds the appointment?

I am providing clients with football fixtures in a calendar dowload. When fixtures change, my clients need to download an amended calendar file. At present the new calendar sits alongside the old one, creating multiple entries for the same event.

I have set up a second calendar as a subfolder of my main calendar by right clicking and adding new folder and calendar item. I have given this calendar a different name to my own name, ie. a name descriptive of the use to which the calendar will be put.

In a group calendar, how can you determine who submitted/created any particular calendar entry (such as a meeting request or appointment)? I would expect to right mouse click on the entry and choose Properites to see who the owner/creator was, but that is not an option. In a ...

My boss doesn't like to have appts given in a time range, ie: 3:00 pm-3:30 pm as he finds it confusing (ie: showing up at 3:30 rather than 3:00). He'd rather see 3:00 pm - 1/2 hr. Is there a way to eliminate the End-time on the appt form?
