Is there a way to make an appt/meeting private on a shared calendar?
I only want to be able to see the appt....not anyone else

Hi, As you know the 'Months' appear on the left hand side of the 2003
Calendar, is there anyway of having them / moving them on the right side?

Is there a way for a half-dozen people to enter events they schedule
separately onto one calendar--that can be shared by all of them? It would be
the "Office Calendar of Events" in fact. Each person wants to have their own
calendar, too, with info that would not be shared.

Using Outlook 2003 is there a way to keep an invite in the users inbox after
they take action on it? It currently goes to the deleted items folder and I
have a user who would rather it stay in the inbox.

I have a recurring appointment that started in July 2007 and goes through
every month to July 2009.  I want to change all appointments from March 2008
on to a different day of the month, but i don't want the change to effect the
Jan or Feb 2008 meeting.  Is it possible to do this ...

else? The reason for this is that we have sevaral persons in our organization
that need to keep the attendees and subject of meetings confidential, but the

The old Works calendar used to allow you to name or label a calendar; in
Works 2007 and Outlook 2007 I can't find anything to allow me to do this.  
This was a great feature for tracking multiple calendars.  Any suggestions?

We want input from each branch on calendar on those out with reason why out

My calendar suddenly shows my all day events as two day events and changes

I have upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 on a new PC. Everything

It functions fine in terms of searching for locations and displaying maps.
However, when it was first installed, it used to show a green and red

Outlook 2003 on Windows XP
These sites indicate that the disappearance of the shared calendar list from
"Other Calendars" is a bug in Outlook 2003. I'm looking for the official
Microsoft documentation about it. I've searched their site, but not having
