Using Outlook 2003, is there any way to prevent attendees from forwarding the invitation I send them? IT goes to others as if I sent it directly to them. I would not even know unless they accept or decline. People show up at confidentialy meetings. Any help would be greatly ...

Sometimes I cannot drag & drop multiple Outlook Calendar items to a new date. Other times I can. Why would some items not be able to be dragged to another date?

When I joined a new firm I transfered my calendar to my new computer. It seems that my appointments are now locked on ther forever and that it has something to do, I surmise, with not longer being on the exchange server where they were created. How do I get rind of them?

How do you change the mini calendars (upper right corner) when printing in month view? They always print the current month and next month!!! Most calendars that have this configuration have the previous and next month is the mini view. Or even, the following two months after ...

My calendar default view is by the week. It stays like that until I click a date in the task pad and then it goes to day view. On other machines it stays in the week view. I would like to make it stay in the week view. Does anyone know how to do this?

In Outlook 2007 beta, I'd like to link meetings with contacts. But the only way I see to do this is by sending invitations to the meeting, which I don't want to do (all of my meetings are with persons outside my organization). So how can I (from calendar and/or contacts) ...

Hi, I am leaving my present company and would like to transfer all of the meetings I've schedule to my replacement. We are using Outlook 2007. Can this be accomplished without regenerating all of the meetings? Thank you!

One secretary has initially invited at lot og people to a conference, but now another has been assigned to plan the event. Is it possible to change the meetig organizer?

With Outlook 2003 I was able to copy (control C) an email and paste (control V) an email inside of an appointment. In Outlook 2007 the copy capability still exists but when you attempt to open the email, it will not open; the only thing available is the subject of the email.
