I have built a fairly large CSV file with a lot of appointments and was
attempting to use the MeetingOrganizer with my name/email so that everytime
that the date changes, everyone that imported it would get the updates.

This is what I need my calendar to do.
I need to set up a calendar with all of my upcoming leases etc. so that a
month before it will notify everyone in the office that the lease is coming
up and I need it to keep reminding everyone until the lease has been renewed.

I am trying to export a calendar file through out my company. The calendar
will come up but the color labels do not show, the appointments are shown in
a white box. How can I get these color labels to import as well?

I'm using a shared calendar and I am looking for appointments with the word
"Flex."  The search was successful but I cannot search in a date range.  It
gives me a list of all "Flex" entries but only in the year 2008.

They both have the meeting rooms as "added" mailboxes.  The meeting
rooms are booked as a "resource" through free and busy using New -

I'm using Outlook 2003.  I was trying-out the search function for the
calendar and accidentally changed the format of my calendar.  It changed from
a grid to a list of calendar entries.  I would like to change it back to a
grid.  Any help is appreciated.

My wife and I are both in Eastern Time zone (With Windows and Outlook
set up correctly).  She sends me meeting invites from Outlook 2007.  I
have Outlook 2003 SP3.  All-day events come up in my calendar from
3:00 am through 3:00 am of the next day.

category to Excel. I can download the whole contact database but

I'm using vbscript to create custom calendar entries (.vcs files). This was
working perfectly on outlook 2003 but on the .vcs files of outlook 2007 it
has different format. I managed to break it down and understand how it works
but I have big problem with Greek characters ...

I have outlook 2007 shared calender setup, and I can do updates on the back
pc in the office and then when I go to see them on the front pc I can for
that day. But when I come in the next day all the appointments have

I have several shortcuts in my Outlook to Calendars that belong to other
users.  How can I rename them so that they reflect the users.  The Rename
feature is greyed out
