I don't need all 24 hours on the calendar.  I have set options to 8-5 but
still shows 24 hrs.
Tried help and it says goto calendar and click on the images in calendar.  
There are no images in calendar as shown in the help.

I want to change the default exchange calendar to be one on a pst file, so
that the file that is viewed by other exhange users in my company is the
calendar on my local pst file.  I have all mail delivered automatically to
the pst file and use it as my main inbox, calendar, ...

When creating a new appointment, the "Location:"  field has become popuated
with some out of date and misspelled locations ... is there anyway of
selectively editting or deleting entries in this drop down list

How do I color code Private appointments on my calendar so that I can easily
tell them apart from work appointments?

I havd downloaded this twice. Ran the .exe file but I don't see it in Outlook

I need to send each individual date of a recurring appt to someone for
informational purposes only.  She will not be an attendee.  Is there a way to
pull & print them at one time as opposed to looking them up individually?

While cleaning up my Calendar, I deleted a recurring appointment.  Since
then, I get a reminder for the appointment every time I open Outlook.  When I
try to "Dismiss" the reminder, I get a message as follows:

I've done an .ics export of a MeetingMaker calendar (v8.70) and have
subsequently imported that file into Outlook 2007.  What I've noticed

Is it possible to print an Outlook calendar (in either weekly or monthly
mode) so that it folds like an agenda? I find that printing several months is
bulky and cumbersome.

In my old version of Office 2000, the Outlook calendar (weekly view) shows
appts. only, instead of every hour of the day + appts. blocked out.  How do I
get the new version to show appts. only?

After converting to Outlook 2007, I discovered that I cannot change
the category for a single occurrence of recurring appointments. I can
only change categories for the entire series.
Is there a way around this?
