Sharing Secondary Calendars on Exchange10 Jan 2008 20:01 GMT3
Right clicking on a secondary calendar in Outlook 07 allows you to share a
secondary calendar, but I do not see how you can view a secondary calendar.
I am looking to create a conference room calendar for employees to see but I
also need to share my calendar.  Help?

Is it possible to set up an automatic purge of all calendar items older than
a specified time (say, 2 years)?

Is there any way to change the font in the subject line on outlook10 Jan 2008 16:17 GMT1
I am unable to find a way (after searching through this forum) to change the
font size/style/colour etc on the subject line only.
I realise you can change the body of the calendar item (but I don't want to
change my email settings).
Shading of Days10 Jan 2008 16:04 GMT7
Ok, this sounds silly - but I am having a problem with the shading in my
calendar that I cannot figure out.  The Wednesday's in my calendar are all
shaded green.  Yet the color I am using on my calender is brown.  The
weekened days are a darker brown and such.  But my wednesday's ...
Taking ownership of a meeting10 Jan 2008 15:22 GMT4
We have some recurring meeting notifications that were sent out to a
distribution list by a user that is no longer with the company.  The meetings
had no end.  Now, we need to make modifications to the meetings.
I understand that the person who created the meeting request (let's ...
Filter not working with Birthdays.10 Jan 2008 15:19 GMT4
Using OL2003 and a tip Brian Tillman helpfully provided to get "recurring"
events in the next week to show with their actual dates (rather than the date
of first occurance) by exporting them and importing as individual events.
However, in working on this I've noticed that although ...
Holidays are installed but don't show up in my calendar10 Jan 2008 14:44 GMT1
I understand that I need an Outlook 2003 update to get calendar dates for
2008, but I can't find any updates beyond 2007. Anyone know where they are?
Multiple reminders for one appointment10 Jan 2008 14:23 GMT2
I'm setting up appointments in my boss's calendar.  For some of the
appointments he would like a reminder 1 week out and the day of the
appointment.
Is there any way to set up two different reminder times on the same
Calendar entries are automatically setup with weekly recurrences10 Jan 2008 12:58 GMT1
For the past week or two when adding new Outlook calendar entries they are
automatically setup with weekly recurrences. I didn't make any changes to my
knowledge.
Nothing under Tools - Options or Customize what I could see.
blackberry setting overriding outlook calendar setting -losing dat10 Jan 2008 12:50 GMT1
Hello, I have my blackberry set to only save outlook calendar data going back
3 months so that my blackberry is not slowed down by all the historical data.
I would still like to view the appointments on my laptop while in Outlook,
going back as long as possible.  The blackberry ...
Start of recurring event.10 Jan 2008 11:56 GMT4
In events view of calendar items, the start field refers to the first
occurence of a recurring event rather than the next occurence.  This is
really fiddly for (say) generating a list of upcoming events in order.
Anyone know a workaround?
Otehr's Shared calendars generating reminders in my session10 Jan 2008 09:40 GMT1
I have 3 users in addition to my own I work with in MS Exchange.  My
reminders come up as expected, but I am getting reminders from the other 3
users - as if I was them.  As I understand it, the calendars should only
generate reminders for the primary mailbox of the profile being ...
Trifold Calender -- "Monthly calender" shows only 3-4 letters10 Jan 2008 04:28 GMT1
With Office 2003, I could print a tri-fold calender with Tasks on the left, a
monthly calender in the center, and "blank" on the right 3rd.
When I try this on Office 2007 (which gives a full column for all seven
weekdays), it only shows 3 letters on each event.
