Outlook 2003 - Is there any way to save my “shared calendar” selections (my
grouping that I view everyday) so it pulls up daily?  Right now, I have to
re-check the shared calendar names if I move to a different view or restart
my computer.

Whenever a meeting request is sent to user1, the request is received by
user1.  The strange thing is that the sender also receives a non-deliverable
email indicating that user2 was sent the message.  User2 is no longer with
