How can you set up a rotaing shift schedule in Outlook? The calendar options favors a repeating weekly cycle, but I need to input a schedule that includes switches from nights to days where each week pattern is different, but forms part of a rotating 5 week cycle.

I have moved jobs and each time created a copy of my Calendar from that job (appointments and the like). Is there a way of merging all of them together to create one large file so that I don't need to view them in separate windows? I am currently using Outlook 2007.

I have Office 2007. In Outlook, in calendar, I can only get 2 items (appts. or events) to display per day on the monthly calendar even though I have added 3 or more. How can I get the display to show all of the items? It looks as though there might be space for 4, 5, or maybe 6. ...

What settings do I need to use to see notes written in the bottom of the appointment on the printed copy? I can see the notes when I am looking at the appointment on the PDA but they are not there when I print out the calendar. ?

when i view shared calendars in outlook, i can see my co-workers appts however, if i go to plan a meeting, and try to add other attendees, there are no personal address books to choose from (i don't think we use inter-office mail)

Outlook 2007 - I want to be able to Suppress the Montlhy view so that Saturday and Sunday do not show up. I was able to do this in Office 2003.
