We have an Exchange 2003 SP2 environment with Outlook 2003 SP3 on each workstation. When someone proposes a new time to a meeting request, the notes section of the meeting request is lost. Has anyone else noticed this? I think this is just how it works, but thats really lame. ...

Since sorting by created date can't be done in DWM view, is there any other way to ensure items will stay in the order they are added to the calendar instead of it automatically sorting them alphabetically?

Outlook 2003 - Does anyone know how to do this? We post time off to a shared calendar in seniority order and want them to list in order created. It is sorting them alphabetically. When I go to Customize Current View, the sort option is not available.

I recently lost data, but luckily my future appointments were stored on my PDA. I have been syncing to Outlook 07 but I've noticed that Outlook doesn't pick up these appointments, as if it's a one-way flow of appointments TO my PDA but not FROM it.

in process deleting a meeting/appointment, after editing the message in the item, I change my mind about deleting it, but after selecting don't send, the meeting ends up being deleted from my calendar, but not from other's calendars.

We recently migrated from server 2k to a new server 2003. The Exchange Server public folder which contained several calendars did not migrate to Exchange Server 2003. Is there a way for a novice to move/copy the calendars to 2003? We really need them.....intact.

I'm using Outlook 2003. My appointments are posting to a Personal Folders calendar rather than my main Mailbox Calendar. At the moment I'm having to manually copy items as they appear from my personal folders to my main calendar.
