i am using 2003 outlook and can't figute out how to best input a flight that originates, say at 11am est in nyc and lands at 10pm local time in europe? do i have to recalc the arrival time for est and input that? how is that handled/accepted by an invitee using 2007?

My calendar is created in Outlook 2003. I have moved it to a computer with Outlook 2007 but, having changed / added some entries I want to move it back to the original computer. Will it still work ? Will I be able to see the changes I have made in the 2007 version ?

Any idea why the "People's Calendars" kept disappearing. Every now and then this group of shared calendars disappeared. Are the settings of this group of shared calendars on the local machine or on the Exchange server? We are using MS Exchange server.

My office still uses Outlook 2000. Is it possible to sync Outlook 2000 with iCal apps like Google Calendar? All the syncing utilities I have encountered seem to specify that Outlook 2003 is the oldest version that they will support.
