Viewing free/busy time without sharing calendars07 Feb 2008 15:35 GMT1
I've been told that it's possible to know when someone else is free or busy,
without having to be granted permission to their calendar - is this possible
and if so, please could you tell me how?

Everytime I hit the calendar icon, the screen where the calendar should open
instead shown ame site with the address of Cynoman.net.  Have no idea what is
causing this and office otherwise seems to operate normally.

outlook 2007
I have 3 clerks who use eachothers computers at various times when they need
to fill in for eachother.  They need access to their Outlook content, mail,
calendars, contacts, etc.  We have an exchange server.  Currently, a "copy"

Exchange environment.  My "primary" Inbox runs via my company and is setup on

I am unable to keep more than 30 days worth of appointments on my calendar.
For example I currently only have from Oct. 26 to Nov. 26. I need to know how
to make a settings change to allow me to keep all my appointments for at
least a year in the past

Is it possible to share my Outlook calendar to people outside our local
network?
We have our own Exchange 2003 server at the moment but will probably be
upgrading to Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 soon.

If I publish my outlook calendar online, does the person who is trying to
view it need to have Outlook? Or will someone be able to view it without

Hello, I've been told that Outlook can show me free/busy times in other
people's calendar, even if I don't have permission to view their calendars.
Can this be done? If so, how do I do it?
