When I switch to the Day View on Outlook, I'd like it to start with the first
appointment of the day, rather than at a fixed time. Is this possible?

I got a new PC and fired up the Outlook Client.  Until now, I've kept all my
messages, contacts, calendar & so on in Outlook Web Access (i.e. haven't been
using the client).  All of my Inbox messages successfully downloaded to my
new Outlook Client, but my Calendar, Contacts and ...

In Outlook 2003, can I set up rules to automatically accept meeting requests
from specific individuals?  And another question:  can I set up a rule to
automatically remove appointments from a meeting cancellation?

Today, I either noticed something or something changed in Outlook 2007.
When I'm in my Calendar, I no months appears in the top of the navigation
pane unless I close or minimize the To-Do bar.
Its really bugging me. Any ideas?

I want outlook to remind me of BDays and give me the new age of each person
each year.  I don't think that is so hard by I can not figure out how to do
it in 07.  I might be missing something but I can't find it any where.

I have a question regarding Calender,
In our organsation we use exchange 2000 and .pst, for our users.
As you know it is not possible to share Calender with pst, so for some of
our CEO we use the Calender  under the mailbox , and these CEO's does not

"pare this down" of customize it to display less than this, say 2 one month

I would like to make the recurrence of my reminders so that they are every
two years instead of one. There doesn't seem to be an option for this. Any

Utilizing Outlook 2003.  I shared my calendar with my deptartment.  Now
everyone in my department has access to modify right to my calendar.  Any
ideas on how to change this so that they can only review my appointment and
not be able to make changes to my calendar?
