Today, I either noticed something or something changed in Outlook 2007. When I'm in my Calendar, I no months appears in the top of the navigation pane unless I close or minimize the To-Do bar. Its really bugging me. Any ideas?

I want outlook to remind me of BDays and give me the new age of each person each year. I don't think that is so hard by I can not figure out how to do it in 07. I might be missing something but I can't find it any where. Please help.

Utilizing Outlook 2003. I shared my calendar with my deptartment. Now everyone in my department has access to modify right to my calendar. Any ideas on how to change this so that they can only review my appointment and not be able to make changes to my calendar?

Outlook calendar and email style options are limited. It is more difficult to read than with Office 2003. Please introduce a classic style or a lot more control to the customisation of look&feel for end users. The current options are almost insulting as there are so few.
