Group Calendar05 Mar 2008 21:38 GMT1
We have Exchange 2007 + Outlook 2007.
All of our calendars are shared, therefore it is easy to open a few
colleagues' calendars and overlay them with one's own calendar.
This suits me fine.

I had an employee recently resign and she has meetings scheduled for a year

pm.  The doctor received the request for 3 pm.  Why would this happen?  I
checked all the clocks and time zones and daylight savings times.  They have
the same settings.

Hi, we are using calendars in public folders with read rights for over
200 users and write rights for over 30 users that can only delete the

appointments that nobody knows who created them.

Outlook; setting time for end of activity should not change date.05 Mar 2008 08:53 GMT1
In Outlook when setting times for an appointment the end date automatically
changes to the next day. This is irrational and time-wasting. The default
should be that the date for the end of the appointment remains the same.

Printing Outlook Calendars04 Mar 2008 17:49 GMT3
I recently upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.  Calendars printed in
Outlook 2003 had very crisp grid lines and printed color-coded categories if
desired.  It was easy to read.  I'm not finding the same to be true in
Outlook 2007.  Events that cover a block of time (say ...
