We have Exchange 2007 + Outlook 2007. All of our calendars are shared, therefore it is easy to open a few colleagues' calendars and overlay them with one's own calendar. This suits me fine.

I had an employee recently resign and she has meetings scheduled for a year in advance with our Medical Staff. We need to be able to send out reminders to the invited attendees without going in as her. Can I change the meeting organizer? If so how do I do it?

I have been having problems with my Outlook (2003) freezing / not responding of late. PC is running on Vista. It has previously worked fine. Now I cannot open calendar entries to edit them, or add new entries. Any suggestions please? I am not a tecchie...

A nurse sent to the doctor down the hall, a request to attend a meeting a 2 pm. The doctor received the request for 3 pm. Why would this happen? I checked all the clocks and time zones and daylight savings times. They have the same settings.

Hi, we are using calendars in public folders with read rights for over 200 users and write rights for over 30 users that can only delete the ones they have created. It sometimes happens that there are appointments that nobody knows who created them.

In Outlook when setting times for an appointment the end date automatically changes to the next day. This is irrational and time-wasting. The default should be that the date for the end of the appointment remains the same. System: Dell PC, recent, Vista, automatic daily updates ...
