When creating a meeting in office 2003 Calendar the meeting is repeated every
week instead of only ones

How can I change my settings in my outlook calendar to show records that are
more than 6 months in the past? I would like to have my calendar to show
appointments/meetings for at least 3 years in the past. please advise. thank

i can change the view on the daily calendar to 6 minute increments but i can
print this view, i dont know where to go to fix this---IT just updated
everybody in my office but they didnt leave me the knowledge?

I've imported a calendar only  .pst file from older computer with Outlook,
into new computer running Outlook and can view the calendar fine under its
name.  But I want it to become my default "calendar" file and I can't find
how to replace the original default that was set up ...

I am using an HP iPAQ h2215, ActiveSync 4.5, and Outlook 2003 for my
calendar. When I synchronize, appointments that I created using my iPAQ are
synchronized perfectly, but any appointments created with Outlook are not
synchronized. Why is this?
