Outlook 2003 calendar shows an icon on each appointment for which an alarm is set, which I found very useful. Is there some way to get Outlook 2007 to do the same?

I have an Exchange 2003 environment with clients running Outlook 2003 and upgrades to 2007 running. In one office, the entire suite moved to Outlook 2007. Now some of the users group scheduling windows cause Outlook to crash and restart. Others work normally.

Does anyone know of a way to set the outlook work week for someone who works either an overnight or and varying hours depending on the day, but consistant from week to week (ex. Sun-Thurs 8PM-4AM or MWF 10-6,TTH 9-5)?

Is there a way to set the navigation pane to NOT display the section that contains: How to Share Calendars, Open a Shared Calendar ... etc? This takes up a lot of valuable space in the navigation pane that I would like to recover.

Each time I click on a date in the future to enter diary details - the details are only entered into the current day. e.g. Today is 21 March. If I make an entry on 22 March it will immediately revert to posting that entry to 21 March.

On our intranet we can open Office 2003 Calendars with this path using IE: outlook://Public%20Folders/All%20Public% etc. This will NOT work with Office 2007. IE just goes to a page that says 'the webpage cannot be found'. Anyone run into this and found a solution? Thanks!

March 20 - I can create an appointment, schedule attendees, send to attendees, etc. But when I look at my calendar the event is not showing up. The attendees receive the meeting request and gets entered into their calendars when accepted.

The month view seems to show the appointment start/end times and then only the first 16 characters in the subject line. My subject lines are usually much longer than that and I need the entire subject line contents to show on the month view. Is there any way to do this? ...
