I want to create a shared calendar (which is no problem) but allow users to access and add themselves to a meeting. Can I set it to limit the number of attendees? I.E. Maximum 8 people. Cheers in advance Scoz

When trying to schedule a meeting the Suggested Times pane that should be on the right of my screen isn't showing. Do I need to turn in on somehow?

I have an issues with only one of my conference room calendars. It will not allow anyone on Outllook 2007 to create a meeeting. It returns with the message Cannot open Free/Busy. I can have users that are on Outlook 2003 create a meeting on that calendar with no issue.

I used to be able to make an appointment with a contact (not a meeting request) in Outlook2003 (now Ctrl+Shift+A)… Now it seems I have lost some functions that I liked in 2003: - I was able to add different people to the same appointment

I'm also having issues with the 1 hour calendar appointments. It's only a few users on the network though so i don't really understand it. All the patches are installed client and server side. I even tried the tzmove app as well. Surfing the net, i find i'm not the only one ...

I'm not sure which Outlook verision I had, but it had a cool feature I liked. When I would enter an 'all day event' for birthdays and set it for the year they were born, and it would put the total up and put the total next to the appointment.
