I am experiencing a problem with Outlook 2007 when you make changes to a
meeting request and then send out the updated request.  Here is the senario:
Create new meeting request or Cancel meeting request - All attendee's

I have a weekly recurring meeting.  Is there a way for Outlook to send
invitations every week so that I will know who will be attending each week?  
It seems that if I create a recurring meeting and send an invitation,
attendees are accepting or declining the whole series.

I added the japanese , lunar choice to my outlook calendar so I could see the
phases of the moon there, but all  see is boxes that don't seem to correlate
to the full moon, how do interpret these symbols?

I am on a large distribution list and they won't remove me after repeated
requests.  Can I decline the meeting automatically?  All I have figured out
is to delete the email instead using inbox assistant.  I'm guessing there
might be an addin that does this.

I have many entries in my calender but in the to do bar are only 3 or 4 of 10.
What must I do to see all?

I installed Outlook 2007 and before I had Task List with all my tasks, and
now on Outlook 2007 I have messed with the task list a to do list with
objects for follow up, but I want to leave just the task list.
Is that possible?

 I have a question about the timezone handling of the calendar events.
When an appointment is created, Outlook should store the timezone
information related to that event. So even if the timezone on the laptop
changes, the original tz information remain the same inside the

I just switched to Office 2007 (from 2003) and noticed that all my meeting
requests now display my name on them on my calendar.  It looks like this:  
8:30am Meeting @ Office; Victor;   I want to turn this feature off as it is
just extra information taking up space on my calendar. ...

I set up my calendar in the Pacific Standard Time and when I travel to
another time zone, dates, such as my birthday which is on the 30th, shows as
multiple days, that is my birthday is shown as the 30th and 31st.  When I
tell the computer I am back in PST, the dates go back to ...

If I were to share my calendar, how to I determine who has viewed it?

Outlook 2003 using exchange server. Shared calendar is showing all
appointments with the same time, 11 am to 11 pm, and there is a black clock
icon at the begining and end of each appointment. Any ideas?

I have unticked the default reminder box under Tools | Options | Calendar.
If I now send an Appointment or Meeting Request no reminder is put in, but
if I receive an Appointment or Meeting Request that has no reminder it is

I am a single dad and work an 8 day schedule (4on 4off) but have regular 7
day/week items for me and my daughter. Is there a way to have Outlook check
to see if it is a work day for me and therefore NOT display regular weekly
recurring events?

I have noticed that any events in my calendar which are marked as
"all-day-event" do not show up in the to-do-bar. Why is this so?

I have Outlook 2007. I have subscribed to several shared calendars which are
located on a WebDav company server for which I have read and write access. I
can see all the other calendars but I cannot create or edit appointments.
