I have a weekly recurring meeting. Is there a way for Outlook to send invitations every week so that I will know who will be attending each week? It seems that if I create a recurring meeting and send an invitation, attendees are accepting or declining the whole series.

I added the japanese , lunar choice to my outlook calendar so I could see the phases of the moon there, but all see is boxes that don't seem to correlate to the full moon, how do interpret these symbols?

I am on a large distribution list and they won't remove me after repeated requests. Can I decline the meeting automatically? All I have figured out is to delete the email instead using inbox assistant. I'm guessing there might be an addin that does this.

I installed Outlook 2007 and before I had Task List with all my tasks, and now on Outlook 2007 I have messed with the task list a to do list with objects for follow up, but I want to leave just the task list. Is that possible?

Outlook 2003 using exchange server. Shared calendar is showing all appointments with the same time, 11 am to 11 pm, and there is a black clock icon at the begining and end of each appointment. Any ideas? Thanks
