Outlook 2003/XP/Michigan State Govt network
I have multiple contacts listed in my “Other Calendar” in the Navigation
Pane.  Every once in a while they all inexplicably disappear and I have no
idea why or how to get them back.  I reenter them, but they periodically

At home, I shut down laptop. Came to office and started. Didn't look at
calendar.
Added a date to calendar, but didn't notice anything. Couple hours later, I
went to check appt time in May. All info is gone including recurring

For some strange reason when we send out meeting appointments the receipent
is getting An email that looks like this.
How do we fix this?

I was asked this question.  I'm not sure why this person wants to do this but
she is asking if it is possible to prevent invites for meetings from
appearing on her calendar.  I explained they are a placeholder, with diagonal
lines around them, to indicate it is an invite that has ...

Can anyone shed some light on how to remove attachments included in meeting
invites?

I have an event that always occurs on the 2nd and 4th of the month.
Is it possible to use 'reoccurance' to cover this?  I can see that its
possible to setup one or the other, but not both within the same
series.

we recently installed 2007 and when printing the weekly calendar we want it
to look the same as it did in 2003....specifically we want the week to start
with Monday and we want the days to go down the first column and then
continued to the second column:

I am unable to import my Yahoo calendar .csv file into Outlook 2007.  When I
import the .csv file while in outlook 2007 it gives an error message and
restarts the outlook program.  
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the outlook 2007 software, still same

Is there any way I can change the options for ALL recurring events.  When I
add a birthday into my contacts it sets the reminder at 15 minutes starting
at 12:00 a.m.  I would like to change the reminder and the time to something
else without having to do them all individually.

Hi : I have OL2007. Is there a way to prevent birthdays from displaying in
calendar view? I want to keep record of birthdays, don't want them to

Does anyone know how to send meeting planners so that the attendees can't see
who's on the list?

My appts do not show up on my PDA calendar, even after I sync. They show up
on the daily over page, but not when I go to the day or week, etc.

When I import an updated calendar to the Outlook Calendar it creates
duplicate entires, previously imported entries are repeated

* Exchnage 2003 Std (SP2)
*Windows 2003 Enterpise SP2)
* Desktop clients -Win XP SP2 and IE6 or Firefox (patched)
I have two users who can not create new appointments in their own calendars

We using a shared Tasked folder & cannot see who is posting which tasks.
Enabled view of "owner" tab but it just displays the host of the tasks name
& not the publisher of the individual tasks. Enabled display of "request by"
tab but this is empty, please help?
