I know this likely impossible but can I put a calendar template beneath my calendar. so insead of just seeing yellow or whatever color you have, you actually see what you should be doing if there is no meeting scheduled. Almost like a watermark.

How do I view and print multiple line calendar items? In Outlook 2003, I could see and print all the lines of a calendar item in monthly view that took up more than one line. How do I do that in Outlook 2007?

Wondering whether anyone would be able to help me.... Recently I moved a couple of items around whilst working in Outlook 2003, however now when I click on the Calendar menu, I can no longer see "Calendar" underneath My Calendars. Does anyone know how to make this re-appear?

I've been told that in Outlook 2003 it was possible to setup randomly recurring appointments. I never used it, so I wouldn't now. However, I definitley do not see a way to do this in 2007. My appointment will occur every month but not on the same day or date of each month.

I am currently using Outlook 2007 and want to schedule infrequent monthly meetings i.e. every month but not at the same time or on the same day e.g. 1st monthly meeting might be arranged for 8am on a Tuesday and the 2nd meeting might be 3pm on a Thursday

We use Outlook for our 12 month calendar and would like to transfer all items forward to next year. IE: A meeting at 3pm on 2nd May 2008 would be transferred to 3pm on 2nd May 2009. Does anyone know how we could do this please?
