Outlook 2007 - recent upgrade from 2003 I have a recurring appointment (weekly meeting) that I sent out to our managers months ago. However, over the course of time, some of these people left.

When I create appointments it lists my name as creator. It clutters the printed calendar. Can I turn this feature off? TIA.

Even if there is one appointment, the whole day is sometimes shaded for no obvious reason, which I do not want when I print it.
