I have been using windows calendar but can't sync this with my blackberry so
I want to move everything to outlook, the 2002 version.  I export windows
calendar info and then try to import into outlook but I get error messages:  
import failed.  file may be corrupt.  can't complete ...

I get error message MAPI error 0X80040201 when attempting to export calendar
data from Outlook. What does this error message mean and how do I
troubleshoot the problem.

We are currently using Office xp 2003.  We use the calender under Public
Folders for security.  However, we are trying to change to labels because of

Every appointment I set up defaults to private.  I have given permission for
my co-workers to see my calendar, but since all they see are private appts it
does not help them any.  How do I change it so that I only mark the appts I

Outlook 2007 - recent upgrade from 2003
