I have a Mailbox Calendar and a Personal Calendar, but i only want one
calendar for all my appointments/meetings.  When i accept meetings from
senders in my personal folder (i have rules that move the messages to my
personal folder), it creates a calendar in my personal folder.  ...

I copied my old .pst file, specifically calendar, into the default calendar.  
Initially, it was showing up as Calendar.  Now it is appearing as Calendar
(2).  Are there two copies of my calendar?  How do I get rid of the (2)?  I
thought that you couldn't change the default name, ...

In Calender options, I have added holiday events, which showup in 2007 and
past years.  Although do not for 2008 and into the future.  I have deleted
and tried to re-add several times unsuccessful.  Any help or ideas?

I have an ics file, and use Notepat open this file, it contains ATTACH:

I can use Outlook 2007 import this file successfully. But in Outlook 2003,

I some how tuned off the ability to see appointments on the monthly or weekly
view. It only shows up if you select the day of the appointment.

I am on Exchange 2003 SP2 and I am using Office Outlook 2007. I need to share
a calendar that is not my main calendar with 2 users on the same server but
running outlook 2003. any ideas?

How do I fix this. Its driving me crazy?

I have misstakely deleted a recurring meeting in Outlook 2003. When viewing
the resource I can there see my meeting. I have tried to copy the meeting,
but then I only get it back in my view with attenders rights, ie not the
orginizer rights.

I have an odd issue.  I have had a number of people report that
Outlook will send updates for meetings by itself.  We are using
Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003, and these people set up a meeting and
invite multiple people and everything works as normal.  Then, sometime

person has left the company. When I go to File-Open, that persons calendar is
listed there as it always was. My question is - How can I get rid of it

Hi my default on calendar and task sets up recurrences to once a week.  I
cant for the life of me find out how NOT put recurrences on them.  Can
someone help?

How do one set a recurring action to happen every 5 working day of a month?

Is there a way to change the default font for the notes section of

When I am printing my calendar for the day, I would like my task from THIS
DAY to show up.     I tried printing today, but all of my task for all days
are showing up on the right side of my sheet....HELP!
