Can anyone give me a step-by-step idiot's guide to adding holidays to my calendar (Outlook 2003). I've gone through the adding holidays process via Tools, Options etc and it says they are installed but are not showing on my calendar.

The Office Professional 2007 Outlook calendar only shows the time and part of the first line. It does not show all of the details. I appreciate some help.

In Outlook 2003, is it possible to have both the reading pane and calendar apear together, side-by-side? The desired effect is to have a 3 tiered view. The folder list, then the reading pane, then calendar.
