We would like to invite a group of users to a meeting, and have them accept
or deny, but one user we would like to add them as an FYI, not requiring them

Using Outlook 2007 in the left most column (where the email folder list
would appear) I see small square calendars showing days of the week and the
respective dates.  There isn't any room for notes, just the overview with
days with appointments marked in bold.

my calender in OUTLOOK is not responding to my requests to register future
appointments. the box with date time appointment cooments does not show up
when i click appointments and further if i type into the highlighted time
area it does not save as there are no options available.

Sometimes when a meeting is scheduled with a group of people and you view the
attendees calendar some meetings are visible to some people but not others
even though the meeting is on the clendar.  example:  a meeting is scheduled
by Ann at 10:00-11:00 with Ann, Jo and Tom as ...

Does anyone know how to print a calender in Outlook '07 where the times of
the appointments are shown with the appointments like it did in Outlook '03?

I'm a business student with lots of class projects. I would like to be able
to filter and print groups of appointments (and tasks simultaneously, if

The UK national holiday on 26th May does not appear on my calendar. Is
this normal?

In our organisation we're using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003.
One of our collegues has the following problem:
In his calendar in outlook, there's an appointment, which he can't
delete.

When I enter events into my calendar, it displays incorrectly.  It's always
2.5 later than the correct start time.  Does anyone have any ideas?
