We have a CRM system that stores appointments and tasks.  We would like to
take the appointments and tasks that were already entered into Outlook and
migrate them into the CRM.  Is this possible?  Should we first export the

I am unable to find a way to revoke viewing permissions when someone
requests access to view my calendar. They do not show in my outlook calendar
permissions, can anyone please advise as to how to take away viewing
permissions when they send the request?

Can someone please help me out. I need to  Prohibit Meeting invitees from
forwarding a meeting in Outlook 2007. I scheduled a private meeting with 4

Lately I have been having a lot of meeting requests come in from other
Outlook users who have not set the reminder checkbox for their meeting.  When

I am using Outlook 2007.  When I create an appointment and try to invite
attendees the email stays in my outbox and the person I invited gets numerous
emails that have nothing to do with the appointment.  What is going on.  This
worked great in Outlook 2002.

When we open a recurring item, we're unable to edit just the entry for the
date selected...  It now makes changes to all or nothing for this where we
used to be able to open thid occurence and make changes just for the one
date and leave the other ones in tact...
