3 out of 4 people invited to a meeting responded; the 4th has not.  How can I

Meetings are being added to calendars without people accepting or declining
them.  They are not set to add automatically.  Why is this happening?  It
becomes frustrating because then people think they don't have to
accept/decline since it is already on their calendars!

When I use Find it only seems to look ahead from the current date. All my
previous Appoitnment are there but Find doesn't see them. I tested this by
adding  Appointments with "Test" in the subject line and dating them for 1 x
yesterday, 2 x today (1 earlier today, and 1 later) ...

I had setup a reoccuring meeting that others were invited to.  I had to
cancel the meeting so cancelled it and sent out a cancellation notice, but
none of the invitees received it.  So the meeting is still on their
calendars, but I cannot resend a cancellation since the meeting ...

If a reminder comes up for an appointment and I snooze it to a time that is
past the beginning of the appointment, the reminder is turned off. Is there

i have create my routine for create one appointment in outlook 2003.
It's all ok but the last of running my code compare an error
"OLE error code 0x00000001. Function is incorrect"

Is there a way to have your NON-WORKING hours show up in the
SCHEDULING agent as BUSY so folks do not try to schedule you? I know I
can create recurring appointments but then my CALENDAR will show

I can sync my contacts but not my calendar. After hours of experiementing,
