I do not know why my calendar has a (1) next to it. It looks just like an email folder where there is 1 unread email message - except it is my calendar. Anyone know what this could be and how to get rid of it? Thank you, Sally

I have windows mobile ver 6.0 with office mobile. When using the outlook function, the Calendar only holds about 2 to 3 months worth of appointment data. How do I keep all appt info? I have a need at times to go back 6 months or even a year to look at patient appts, etc.

At my last company I used Calendar (Outlook 2003) invites all the time. I would create the event in my calendar and invite customers to those and all would be good with the world. They would receive a calendar artifact that allowed them to accept or reject the meeting

I have a customer who uses Exchange Public folders for a corporate calendar and prints a monthly calendar for distriubution to offsite folks. When they exceed 6 appts on any given day these appts do not print on the monthly calendar.
