I am using Outlook 2007 SP1 (with Exchange Server 2007 (8.1.240.5))
I've shared my calendar by giving my colleagues a permission level of
"Free/Busy time, subject, location". I've also enabled "Folder visible"

I am setting up a recurring event for the 15th and 30th, but when the date
falls on a weekend, I want it to show on the previous weekday.  In our
previous email program, it allowed us to do that.  In Outlook 2007, I also
have to set up two separate events - one for the 15th and ...
Use "Event" banner for daily reminders/task30 Jun 2009 21:59 GMT1
Question: Can I change event option to use for my daily reminders/tasks?  I
don't want it to reflect 24-hr event, just 8 hour daily reminder.  Thank you.

Merging (and then syncing to phone) shared calendar into main cale30 Jun 2009 21:22 GMT1
I have seen this question asked in a couple different ways, and typically
people were being directed to ActiveSync or Vista's Sync Center (but I will
be darned if you can get your phone to merge two calendars; they need to be
"pre-merged"):
time is different in shared calendar30 Jun 2009 21:15 GMT4
using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server.  3 PC's on network share 1 calendar.
For each appointment, 2 pc;s have one time, Say 5:00, but the third has 6:00.
Changing daylight savings time and clock options on each machine produce no
change.

Just wondering, I'm trying to make a calendar for my office, but in Outlook,
all I can do is make a personal calendar and share it with everyone. I can
give everyone full permissions, but no one is able to share it with other
people except me.
