I would like to change the overall color of weekend days in the calendar views. For example, Mon thru Fri could be the default blue color but Sat & Sun would be a red color. Or work days would be one color and non-work days a different color.

Are there any pitfalls regarding the use Outlook Categories in a calendar created by one user, but made available to all logged in users of an Exchange Server in SBS by placing that calendar in a Public Folder and designating it as a Favorite public folder?

Until yesterday, this worked fine. But suddenly, the items on my calendar only synchronize to Outlook if they are recurring. Anyone know why this happens? And what can be done?

We recently made a switch from Office 2002 to Office 2007. One of our administrative assistants made a booking in Outlook within a roo calendar rather than using her personal calendar and adding the room as resource. She now needs to change it to a different venue.

I organized a meeting for my boss that I will not be attending. In Outlook 2007, can I delete the meeting from my calendar without deleting it from his calendar. This was possible in Outlook 2003. Thank you.

Dear Outlook gurus, We are in the process of rolling out Office 2007 across our organisation. We have one staff member who is an Executive Assistant (using Outlook 2007) who manages her manager's calendar (who uses Outlook 2003 still).

I am trying to move meeting room calendars that are currently located in public folders to a group called "Meeting Rooms." It appears that I have duplicated a calendar so that when someone schedules a meeting it goes to the copy and not the original meeting room calendar.

Windows XP Pro, SP3, Office 2003 Standard plus updates. Can't add anyhting to the calendar. When I click on the "New" button, nothing happens. Also, reminders for things that are already in the calendar are not popping the reminders. In Outlook none of the rules are processing

Dist. there is an user in our office that nobody can see her avaialbility before sending meetings inivitation... it only shows as tentative even if she is busy.
