The auto linking function in BCM works well, however whenever it looks at new or moved e-mail, it produces a dialog stating 'a program is attempting to access e-mail addresses in Outlook'.

I'm not sure why. It says it can't find the first one, but does find the LEGITIMATE one in the drop down. I would like to delete the reference to what it thinks should be its default contact list but am not sure where to find it.

I've got a large list of Contacts and have created a custom contacts form. I published the form, and when adding a new contact, the form does get used by default. But how do I apply the form to existing contacts?

Whenever I receive an e-mail, BCM attempts to link it to a contact. This part is working great, however when it looks at the e-mail address, it generates the "a program is attempting to access Outlooks e-mail address" dialog.

After setting up a sub-folder under contacts and setup for a follow-up call time, will not send reminder. This will send reminder under the main contacts.

I am using Outlook Express 6. Is there a way to make sure that when I send to a group, recipients see only the group name, not the individual contacts?

When "user a" forwards a contact to "user b", "user b" can only see the name of the contact, no information appears in the contact information (address etc). Any help on this is appreciated.
