BCM produces dialog on receive/move mail09 Jul 2003 22:23 GMT1
The auto linking function in BCM works well, however
whenever it looks at new or moved e-mail, it produces a
dialog stating 'a program is attempting to access e-mail
addresses in Outlook'.

I'm not sure why. It says it can't find the first one, but does find the
LEGITIMATE one in the drop down.
I would like to delete the reference to what it thinks should be its default
contact list but am not sure where to find it.

I've got a large list of Contacts and have created a
custom contacts form.  I published the form, and when
adding a new contact, the form does get used by default.  
But how do I apply the form to existing contacts?

Whenever I receive an e-mail, BCM attempts to link it to
a contact. This part is working great, however when it
looks at the e-mail address, it generates the "a program
is attempting to access Outlooks e-mail address" dialog.

a follow-up call time, will not send reminder. This will
send reminder under the main contacts.

I am using Outlook Express 6. Is there a
way to make sure that when I send to a group, recipients
see only the group name, not the individual contacts?

I am using Outlook 2000 and Office XP.  I do not use
Outlook for e-mail.  I have never used OL Express.  
OL2000 is the only version I have used.  Originally I
used it with Windows 98SE and then upgraded to Windows

When "user a" forwards a contact to "user b", "user b" can
only see the name of the contact, no information appears
in the contact information (address etc).
Any help on this is appreciated.

How do I save my Outlook Contacts and Data?  I would like
to be able to save my Outlook Data on a different drive or
folder as a back-up.

I am running Windows 2000 and XP office.  I reinstalled the Windows 2000 and
XP office.  Now I encountered the following problem:

I run OL 2002 and use a single contact file. When I go to
send email, the auto-select address feature brings up old
email addresses (for myself and others) for selection that
(1) I don't use and that (2) are also not listed in my

I've been engrossed in finding my Outlook Address Book after reformatting
and reinstalling everything. (See "Contacts vs Address Book -2002). I'm
actually running 2000, not 2002. I just discovered - quite by accident -
that what appeared to be my problem has suddenly been resolved ...
