Outlook 2002 the Contacts pulldown list just lists names
and companys, not (e-mail 1) (e-mail 2) (busness fax) and
so on.
How can I turn that on so I dont have 3 John Doe at so and

We have a problem with one of our users whereby their
contacts (which were input using Outlook Webmail) appear
properly in Outlook XP but when viewing the address book
they do not appear at all.

contacts constantly.  We run a file sharing network
through a file server.  Instead of each of us establishing
his own address book - can we put it on the server - one

Running Windows 2000 and Office 2000.
The pane is empty, saying, "There are no
contacts to display.  Click on Contacts to create a new
contact."

OK, I imported from GM to Outlook 2500 records. I have created a new contact
form with more than 50 custom fields.
Quention: How do I move all records that are in a folder on a standard
CONTAC form to my NEW CUSTOMIZED form.

I have customized the "Contact" form to suit my preferences.  When I saved
it, it went into the Personal Forms Library.  How do I get it to be the
default form that will come up if I click "New Contact" or double click on a
contact?

I had two email addresses for myself in Outlook 2002 contacts.  I deleted
them both.  There are no entries in the address book.  So there is no
apparent listing for me anywhere.  Still, when I start typing my name,

I accidentally clicked on the x above the contact list and
it closed out my whole address book.  I can access it by
clicking on the address book button, but it used to
automatically come up when I started up Outlook Express.
