We have a problem with one of our users whereby their contacts (which were input using Outlook Webmail) appear properly in Outlook XP but when viewing the address book they do not appear at all.

OK, I imported from GM to Outlook 2500 records. I have created a new contact form with more than 50 custom fields. Quention: How do I move all records that are in a folder on a standard CONTAC form to my NEW CUSTOMIZED form.

I have customized the "Contact" form to suit my preferences. When I saved it, it went into the Personal Forms Library. How do I get it to be the default form that will come up if I click "New Contact" or double click on a contact?

I accidentally clicked on the x above the contact list and it closed out my whole address book. I can access it by clicking on the address book button, but it used to automatically come up when I started up Outlook Express.
