I cannot find my contacts in outlook 2000. Please help

When exporting the contact folder to word 97 I received
the following msg. "Outlook has performed an illegal
function and will be shut down, Outlook caused an invalid
page fault in module OLADD.FAE at 0177:6ef88c40".Any

I wan't to share a contact folder between different users, but i don't have
Exchange installed.
Is it possible to open the same pst file on different machines, at the same
time ?

I am using Outlook 2002 with Windoows 2000. I have
multiple users using one machine (not networked) and I
want all users to have access to one address book in
Outlook that is the "default" address book and not just

Somehow Outlook is broken.  When I try to open it, I get the message that
outlook.pst cannot be found.  I think that is the file for the contacts.
Then when I click on the contacts Icon, I get a message that says "unable to
display folder.  folder no longer exists." So I tried ...

In the menu bar of Outlook, you have an icon which looks
like an open book; I click on it to display my contacts.  
Although I have changed the "Display As" option for each
contact to reflect last name then first name, it will not

When I want to send a new e-mail, and I click on
the "To..." button a message box comes up
titled "Microsoft Outlook" with the following message:
 "The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts

I moved from a desktop (win2000 pro) running Outlook 2000 to a laptop (XP
Pro) running Outlook XP.  I copied my outlook.pst file and outlook opened it
fine.  I added my mail accounts with no problem and imported my rules,
ditto, no problem.

I wrote this message yesterday but haven't seen a response yet.  I'm dieing
to know so I'm throwing it out there again:
When I choose Address Card view or Detailed Address Card view, all my
contacts from S through the end of the alphabet are missing.  They show up,

I am not happy that in Office XP you cannot sort the contact/address list
when you add and address to a new message.  Unless I am missing something
this feature (clicking on the field button at the top) like excel has been
dropped.  It is a pain to have to scroll down the list ...

When using address book to enter an address in Word, some
addresses are omitted.  Only name and country is
inserted.  Additionally I noticed that import/export in
address book is disabled.

I am running Office XP Outlook and find in the address book, the e-mail
address as well as the fax number.  I would like to remove the fax entries,
but when I delete from address book, the fax number is deleted from
Contacts.  Is there a way for the address book to not show the fax ...

Does anyone know if there is a quicker way to add new
contacts to your address book?  I mean, besides having to
go up to the "add new contact" button and manually add
the info.

How can I setup my office XP to automatically add the
person I send mail to as a contact?
