Adding to dist list contacts without emails30 Jul 2003 09:03 GMT2
I am adding contacts to my contact list and some are without email
addresses. For some reason, some arent coming up with "[no email
address available]" where it is normally written. This, for some
reason, means they cannot be added to distribution lists.

Does anyone know how to grant users access to another
user's sub-folder? I'm using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook
2000.

In Outlook 2000 contacts are alphabetized by last name.
When I use the address book to senda new message to a
contact the names are listed by first name. How can this
be changed.

Outlook 2002.  I moved my outlook.pst file from old
computer to a new one.  I placed in the same file
location.  Now when I hit the address button to find a
contact, or open contacts to create a new one ... I get

I am able to alphabetize my contacts by last name, but

I bought a new hard drive, and reinstalled all my

when i import the list from excel into outlook - excel

I am having a problem when importing contact info from
Excel.  My Excel file has fields for 3 e-mail addresses

I accidentally imported all of someone else's Personal
File Folder(.pst) and I need to "unimport" the files that
