I am adding contacts to my contact list and some are without email addresses. For some reason, some arent coming up with "[no email address available]" where it is normally written. This, for some reason, means they cannot be added to distribution lists.

In Outlook 2000 contacts are alphabetized by last name. When I use the address book to senda new message to a contact the names are listed by first name. How can this be changed.

I am able to alphabetize my contacts by last name, but when I open my address book when I'm sending a new e- mail, my address book is only alphabetized by first name. How can I alphabetize my address book by last name?
