I am adding contacts to my contact list and some are without email
addresses. For some reason, some arent coming up with "[no email
address available]" where it is normally written. This, for some
reason, means they cannot be added to distribution lists.

I would like to have two seperate contact lists on my
system. I have one for everyday contacts and one for a
specific project.  Is it possible?

Does anyone know how to grant users access to another
user's sub-folder? I'm using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook
2000.

In Outlook 2000 contacts are alphabetized by last name.
When I use the address book to senda new message to a
contact the names are listed by first name. How can this
be changed.
