When I attempt to import a CSV file into my contacts list
the Wizard performs all the steps up until you choose the
destination. When it reaches the Import a file window it

I have many, many duplicate entries in my contact
section.  I think they may be the result of
synchronization with my PDQ, which uses Windows CE.  I am
set up to synchronize in one direction, from my desktop

I have a situation where I have users with several

We have just upgraded our NT4.0 SBS to Win2KSBS and

When I entered a phone number to a contact, Outlook used to convert it to
(xxx) xxx xx xx  .
Now it remains unchanged as it is entered, like xxxxxxxxxx.
How can I change it back?

Recently I've upgraded company notebooks with WinXP and Office XP. After
transfer Outlook.pst file (simply by coping it) I've ran to some trouble
with duplicated Contacts Folder and I can't get rid of it.
