We have just upgraded our NT4.0 SBS to Win2KSBS and Office2000 to OfficeXP (Outlook 2002). We now notice in our contacts with Both an E-Mail Address and a Fax Number Are Listed Twice in the address book.

When I entered a phone number to a contact, Outlook used to convert it to (xxx) xxx xx xx . Now it remains unchanged as it is entered, like xxxxxxxxxx. How can I change it back?

Good Morning, Recently I've upgraded company notebooks with WinXP and Office XP. After transfer Outlook.pst file (simply by coping it) I've ran to some trouble with duplicated Contacts Folder and I can't get rid of it.
