Is it possible to change or customize the names of the
phone numbers in the drop down list?
Example car or other change to Debbie's Cell because I put
her husbands cell under mobil and I want to ID hers from

I have read all the messages here but I still cannot

I would like to display the persons name not the email

I have two clients that you can look at their contact list and
everythings fine but when you compose an email and hit the TO: button
and select a name it is a different address and phone# than the one in
the contact list.. as far as i can tell there is only one contact list

Want to export Inbox and Address Book from old computer to import in the new
computer. Both are XP Home Edition on a peer-to-peer LAN with Outlook 2000.

I hope someone can help me... I live in Toronto and we have 3 different area
codes, 905 / 647 / 416,  that may or may not be long distance.  My problem
is that when I set up a contact Outlook automatically puts a 1 in front of
the area code and in some cases that number is not long ...
