new e-mail and choose Insert/Item.  Item is not a choice
for me.  Perhaps my version of Outlook is limited.  It is
not a choice when I customize.

I have a user, that when he goes to the regular section of
contacts, his list is there, but when he goes to the
Lists, and he selects ALL Contacts there is nothing

Has anyone run across an issue when clicking on the
contacts folder in outlook that it immediately creates an
error message and restarts.  I believe that the folder
must be corrupt, but because it is a "special" folder I

I am looking for a way to change programmatically the selected item in
a folder...I easily can retrieve the selected item using the Selection
property of the folder object, but how could I change it?...your help
will be greatly appreciated...tia...Loren

I want to make a shared contacts folder which contains all
internal staff details.  Using MS Exchange is easy, you
just set up a public folder, but everyone is using POP
accounts.  We are also using some funny MAC mail server
