In Windows Pro you are able to view all contacts at one time like an address/phone book and select a letter to go to persons name. Can you do this in XP? I cannot find any info on how to organize and print all contacts.

I am using windows xp and outlook 2003, also I am synchronizing with a pocket pc everything is going good and all of a sudden I have duplicates all over the place, this also happens if i am using netfolders to share information. Is there a way to delete the duplicates that I have?

Only those individuals with network adminsitrator rights are able to view "Activities" for contacts and add information to the office calendar. How do we assign rights to all network users to modify these tools?
