I cannot get my e-mail address book to show addresses with the last name first despite doing all suggested i.e. a recent one:- You can alphabetize in your address book by Last Name by going to Tools, Services, Double click on Outlook Address Book and choosing

My computer got zapped my lighting through my DSL line and died. I am trying to import my contacts from outlook on Drive E: (Old computer's drive used as a slave drive) to Outlook on Drive C: Both are Outlook 2002.

My Outlook 2000 crashed and the repair utility only made matters worse so now I can't even get back into Outlook to export. What are the file names/locations for my contact lists so I can copy them or back them up?

more than once sync has made multiple entries of contacts in particular categories. It takes forever to manually review and delete. Is ther an more automatic way?

I just upgraded from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2002. I successfully moved all of my email and contact information over, but I am unable to use the address book now. There is a Contacts folder, which has all of the email addresses.

I have Contacts listed in most of my Tasks (bottom left hand corner of open Task, in Outlook 2000 SR-1). In many cases when I double click on the Contact's name, I receive an error indicating that this is no longer a valid Address
