I use Windoes XP and I created an address book in Outlook
Express and I want to be able to view my contacts list as
the address book (with all the folders, groups etc...) I
followed the instructions from the help button which said

Using Outlook 2002:  Seems about every time I load
outlook, all view settings are reset to default.  Lots of
settings are reset but in contacts, the 'Fields' list
(under the right-click, customize current views, fields)

I am having a problem with my copy of Outlook 2002, when I type in a
recipient's name Outlook uses a different email address than what is
set in the Contact list.  The correct recipient appears but the wrong
