Outlook 2002 will not allow me to designate contacts as an
email address book, the "properties" tick box is greyed
out.
Any ideas?

Here's the scenario.
The user's hard drive crashed and lost a personal folder.  Contacts were
part of this file and these contacts had several categories added to the
base list of categories.

In my advanced find on my contacts I have the option to
look under title?  How do I make that a permanent option
