Outlook 2002 will not allow me to designate contacts as an email address book, the "properties" tick box is greyed out. Any ideas?

Here's the scenario. The user's hard drive crashed and lost a personal folder. Contacts were part of this file and these contacts had several categories added to the base list of categories.

I expost and import my address book (wab) from one computer to another but it does not copy the folders over but places all the contacts in the Main Identities instead. Does anyone know how to copy over the address
