What would everyone recommend is the most practical way to
maintain an address book for common use through MS Access?
Any suggestions, advice, etc would be appreciated!

I am trying to print my outlook contacts list to Avery
Small Rotary Cards, Product 8385.  I am told that
Microsoft Word supports this activity, but I can't get
Outlook contacts into Word.

I have to import my address book from Lotus Notes to
Outlook 97.  How can I do this.

We are trying to create a large distribution list (1800
members) and Outlook keeps stating we have reached the
maximum at about 200-250.
Does anyone know if this is a settings issue or a

1. How do I import an Excel file into Outlook?
2. How do I import my Palm address book into Outlook?
3. How do I HotSync my Palm with Outlook?

How can I ask Outlook XP 2002 to use Contact folder which
is in PST (i.e. when using "Look up Contact" when right
click on sender)?

I am having a problem with the extremely slow speed of accessing the
"Activities" for my Contacts.  When I click on the "Activities" tab in the
Contact's folder, it typically takes from 3-5 minutes to display the
results.

Is there away of linking your Excel spreadsheet with your
contact list?  E.g. If I click on a name in XL, I want
Excel to extract the information off my OL2K Contact List.
Does that make sense?

Just upgraded to Outlook 2002 from Outlook 2000 with an
Exchange Server and lost the ability for users to see
contacts from more than one mailbox in the same address
book.

As I update contact info, I would like to send the update
to my boss so that we can have the exact information in

i am trying to shadow my PalmOS Desktop address list onto
an Outlook 2000 system.  Palm Desktop will export in
vCard format, which i thought would be great.   and it

like to be able to do the two following things:
1. Sort contacts by date (not by age which is the usual
way --> by clicking on the bar all contacts will be sort

When viewing Contacts by Categories there's a Sort by Icon column on the
far left - the default icon is a 'card'. I've redesigned the Contacts
form and now any new Contacts are showing up in this column with a
different icon - a note page with thumb tack. How do I get the icon ...

I have a bussinesscard with someone's birthday.
1.Is it possible to keep the birthday, but I don't want
that person in my diary?
2. That is married. I can put in here name as a spouse.
