What would everyone recommend is the most practical way to

I am having a problem with the extremely slow speed of accessing the
"Activities" for my Contacts.  When I click on the "Activities" tab in the
Contact's folder, it typically takes from 3-5 minutes to display the
results.

Is there away of linking your Excel spreadsheet with your
contact list?  E.g. If I click on a name in XL, I want
Excel to extract the information off my OL2K Contact List.

Just upgraded to Outlook 2002 from Outlook 2000 with an
Exchange Server and lost the ability for users to see
contacts from more than one mailbox in the same address

As I update contact info, I would like to send the update
to my boss so that we can have the exact information in

2. That is married. I can put in here name as a spouse.
