I am using Outlook 2002. Under the advanced e-mail options the box to Suggest names is checked. The feature had previously worked(as of 7 days ago). ANy help would be appreciated.

I'm using OE6. The contact list that displays in the lower left corner by default shows first name first, and is sorted by first name. I can change a contact individually by going to properties, but how do I make the whole list show lastname, firstname and sort by last name? Thanks ...

Using OL2000: There is a pre-defined form that appears when I perform a File/New/Contact (or click the New button in contact view) or open an existing contact record.
