I have tried to find an easy ways to send emails to my customer list with out using the cc fields or the bcc fields, as many of the servers reject these as spam. Outlook has some help but all of the links are broken.

When I try to enter a name from my addres book, the entries for fax and email apppear seperately, although in contacts they are on one card. I cannot use the auto addressing feature becaudse of this.
