OE 6.0 creates desktop file "~"15 Sep 2003 01:23 GMT1
I am running xp home addition and every once in awhile a
file appears on my desk top that is identified only as ~.
The file is 175kb and is located only on the desktop(my
documents/desktop).  I looked at it in notepad(windows

 In beginning to write an email message, when I
click "To" in an attempt to select a name from my contact
list, the upper right hand corner of the "Select Names"

I have tried to find an easy ways to send emails to my
customer list with out using the cc fields or the bcc
fields, as many of the servers reject these as spam.  
Outlook has some help but all of the links are broken.

When I try to enter a name from my addres book, the
entries for fax and email apppear seperately, although in
contacts they are on one card.
I cannot use the auto addressing feature becaudse of this.
