Is there a way to "attach" and email to a contact? I've tried opening the email options and adding the proper contact and categories, but is there a way to make the email stay permanently attached to, say, the Activities tab in the contact record? And

I'm often asked to type up contact lists for my boss, which I do on my computer. However when I export them to an excel file, and import them on her computer, every single thing transfers fine except for the email address.

I seem to have lost linked data in my Contacts. When I recently reformatted the hard drive, I saved my Outlook data .pst and later restored it. The basic data was there: contacts, mail, dates, etc.

I have exported my Mac contact list into Exel on my PC-XP. I have problem importing all the Contacts data from the Exel file into my Outlook and I get a bunch of empty records.

O2k2, win2k in the To line of an email, then I type "david", the first name it pulls up is not in my contacts, or global contact. I have emailed this person before, but havent added as a contact.

Help... any ideas as to why when I go to send a new e- mail, and I click on the TO button, my contacts show up in duplicate? When I look in my actual contacts folder, I only see one of each person. weird!

I am running Outlook 2002 in corporate mode. I would like have the From: field look like "My Name <email@foo.com>". If I change the Display Name in Active Directory, I can make e-mail look like the above example.
